Information About Purchase, Prices, Delivery Prices and the Goods

Using the site or by placing an order the Customers (Customer) agree to be bound by the terms and conditions stated by the Web store. Prices in the Web store are stated in euro (€) and include Value Added Tax (VAT). The prices are stated next to the items at the Web store. Shipping costs will be added to the price according to the destination of the parcel and manner of delivery. Cost for delivery is shown before paying for the purchase. All the payments are to be made in euros/€ and we receive debit card and credit card payments via Make Commerce (Maksekeskus AS), Paypal and invoice. All the information about the goods is presented next to the item at the web shop.

Making Orders

For making orders the goods need to be added to the cart. Before making a purchase, all the necessary information needs to be provided for the Web store and a suitable option for delivery must be chosen. Our partners for delivering packages are Omniva (Eesti Post AS) for international deliveries and parcel machines (Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania) and Itella Smart Post for parcel machines (Estonia and Finland). After that the cost for the goods and delivery is screened and payment options are provided – either using Paypal service or bank transfer with an invoice. The purchase contract is valid once the acquired amount of money is transferred to the Web store account. If problems occur with delivering or providing the goods, the buyer will be informed immediately and the money for the goods and delivery will be returned no later than 14 days’ time.

Delivery

The Web shop ships worldwide. Costs for delivery are paid by the Customer and the information for delivery costs is provided before making the purchase. Deliveries within Estonia usually take 3 to 7 work days to reach the Customer after making the payment. Outside of Estonia delivery can take up to 15 calendar days. For custom orders the Web store has the right for 30 calendar days delivery time.

Returns and Refunds

After the Customer receives the goods, they have the right to withdraw from the purchase agreement within 14 days. The costs for the delivery of the goods will also be funded. During the 14 days of withdrawal rights the goods should not be used in any other way than it’s necessary to try out the product in normal using or wearing conditions similar to testing the goods at a physical store. The Customer must ensure that the product being returned is unused and, in perfect condition, with all the labels intact. Returns must include the original package in good condition. If the goods have been tried out in any other way than normal wearing or using or the products have signs of wearing off, the Web shop is given the right to reduce the amount of refunds according to the lowered value of the product. To make a return an email needs to be sent to lentsius.kairi@gmail.com stating the reason for return within 14 days. Delivery costs for retuning will be covered by the Customer unless it appears that the Web shop has shipped a wrong or a faulty item to the Customer. After notifying the Web store about a wish to return any items via email, the Customer needs to deliver the goods within 14 days or provide evidence about the goods being delivered by third part delivery company. Refunds will be made no later than within 14 days time after the good have been returned to the Web store.
